Ongoing application maintenance and hosting

The E-business solutions we develop for our clients are fully managed by Purplewire as a rule, to minimize the client's investment in hardware, software, infrastructure, and technical personnel investments. Our managed services include: 24X7X365 hardware monitoring, provisioning for associated hardware and environment usage and maintenance, routine data backups, and database administration (database setup, transaction logging, performance monitoring).

In occasional cases where the client's business needs demand an in-house solution, we will work with the client team to define the ultimate deliverable and develop an appropriate transition plan for the new application.
